Provisioner

              Tenure began through technical Placement firm. Completed FMS training classes and then began online Network Provisioning. Became a full time Sprint Employee in 1999. Promoted to Provisioner II and was placed in SprintData as part of a plan to convert SprintData provisioning techniques to the same as online Network Provisioning. Ensure provisioning of standard network and customer install and disconnect orders, primarily for U.S. based operations.  Train new provisioning team members, and assist current team members as needed. Technical customer service includes:

·         Requisitioning, assigning component parts, circuit design, assess service request order issuance and tracking

·         Coordinate Telco date with access customers, providers and vendors

·         Approve design layout records

·         Ensure connecting facility and switch assignments are made through the Facility Management System

·         Point of contact for all access providers regarding circuit design to negotiate and escalate with local exchange carriers

·         Coordinate with activation center, operations, account team and various customers

·         Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to network orders

Part of an eight person team assigned to research and correct database errors that reflect open circuits where disconnects have been requested  (DBI)

q       Negotiate with Telco’s for reimbursement of monies overpaid due to database and Telco errors.

BTSD-Performed WBDCS mapping and unmapping, troubleshooting and testing (DSO and DS1 level) facility and city pair completion, completion of  weekly reports to supervisor, completion of grooms and adds, working TRS,  logging on and taking calls from Switch Sites, Provisioners, and LECS that need to test and turnup, or are having issues that are in need of resolution.

SCO Moves and Closures- Provisioner III-Project Management of one or more SCO Moves and/or Closures at any given time. Responsible for keying disconnects and moves , cold requisition of circuits, grooms, rolls, installs of PRI, B1/T1’s, LEC Channelbanks, Loadlines, and Netlines. Moving and or closing sites. Systems used :OESOTS, WinOE, FMS, and Private Line Keyer.

Network Realignment- Planning and Provisioning –Provisioner III

Project Manage and Provison Plans to realign the network for cost savings, working in FMS and with Excel Databases.

Network Provisioning- Network Ops Tech II

Manage LEC Construction Issues for Narrowband and Broadband Installations. Monitor, escalate and expedite to ensure that circuits needing LEC Construction are installed as quickly as possible, with as much customer focus as possible.Constantly working with LEC’s and Management.

Cable Network Infrastructure-Access Analyst I-

Served as Team Lead and SME for provisioning, supporting the provisioners and the customer. I managed the Time Warner Cable project, working new installs. Monitor, escalate, and expedite to ensure circuits are installed in time to meet dates designated by the Cable Partner. The team I supported was always first to complete the Rate Center Builds for Time Warner. I was in charge of all reporting for this team. Proficient in Power Point, Excel, Word and Outlook.
